ONLINE RESERVATION
RESERVATION CONDITIONS: Fill in the Reservation form;
We will contact you to specify the details and the deadline for payment of the deposit;
You pay a bank transfer deposit of at least 200BGN (100EUR) of the total price;
Reservation is now valid;
The remainder of the total price is charged upon arrival.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: We prefer to know approximate time of your arrival;
Check-in is after 14:00. If the apartment is free - maybe earlier;
Check-out: no later than 12.00;
On-site, you can pay in cash or using a Visa / MasterCard bank card;
We require a deposit of 100BGN (EUR 50) upon check-in, which is fully refunded in the absence of damage, after checking the apartment on departure;
If the check-in time is 23:59h on the day of arrival, the reservation is considered invalid;
A paid deposit is not refundable;
The total number of persons using the apartment, including children, must not exceed: for studio - 3 people
for one-bedroom apartment - 5 people;
for a two-bedroom apartment - 7 people.
We do not allow pets;
The smoking in the apartments is forbidden. For this purpose there are detached places in the open parts.
